Yes, GOG has the soundtrack bundled with their 2009 release; they do this with many of their games. That release seems to have different files, as they're in mp3 instead.
At least for the GOG release, it seems unfair to compare what is an official release in all but name to some fileplanet upload. I can't really say anything about the HIB release, but it seems to be the same.
