No, because arrangement, as referring to music, is a very specifically defined process of taking a score and bringing the instrumentation, harmony, countermelody, etc. into their final form. It is a process that precedes recording, and a given arrangement can be played by any group of musicians fitting the instumentation.

Editing and mixing are related only to the recording, not the music itself, which exists first and foremost in the score, and not a particular rendition of it. (There are exceptions to this in VGM, though.) Editing is not anything close to orchestration, which also precedes recording.
