PayPal's been changing stuff... Like adding flat fees for the once 'free' family/friends payments. What cost me 2$ to send now costs me 5$ or more.
Anyway yeah alex is a good seller but he always handles the shipping discounts/refunds manually and after sending the payment, which is a bit annoying.
