This credit appears separate from the rest on the bottom left corner of the booklet inside scan (
https://vgmdb.net/db/covers.php?do=view&cover=463931) together with the credits for jacket illustration and coloring so I think it's safe to say that its for the calligraphy that appears on the front scan of the CD.
