Hello Squirrel! My only edit was to include Takenobu Mitsuyoshi as Performer because he's the vocal on track 11 on Disc 2 as the track says and back cover too:

Sadly i don't have the physical album here, but according to
this, they confirm Kobayashi is one of the composers and Mitsuyoshi (called Carisman of the SEGA in the article) sing "Ignite Infinity". Some other information is that the CD package include some codes for bonus items for the game.
To conclude, i din't found liner notes yet. Sorry about that.
