So, I meant to buy this soundtrack, but what I ended up getting was something called 黄雷のガクトゥーンSofmap Special Sound Novel. While you can't play the disc like a CD, there are in fact MP3 files of five BGM tracks that you can simply drag from the "music" folder to copy onto your hard drive. The tracks are simply labeled:

bgm10
bgm11
bgm13

Since I don't have the soundtrack to Ourai no Gahkthun, I can't compare the tracks to see if they are reused from the game itself.

My main question is, should a disc like this, that has music files contained on it, be given an entry on VGMdb?

Edit: I have since acquired the actual soundtrack. I had to buy a boxed version of the game itself that still had the soundtrack inside, but it was totally worth it. This soundtrack is incredible!
