For Brawl and Smash 4, sometimes they say "arrangement" and sometimes they say "arrangement supervisor." I don't really know what the reasoning is in differentiating those, but I think it's reasonably safe to assume it all means arrangement.

In Japanese they use 編曲者 ("arranger") for the former and 編曲担当 ("in charge of arrangement") for the latter.

Keiki Kobayashi. "Battlefield" is credited with him as the "composition supervisor," not arrangement like every other system song.
