Composer/arranger breakdown from the link posted by CHz.

Note: some songs are arrangements of Yuka Tsujiyoko's work from Fire Emblem Gaiden (which is also included in this soundtrack on Disc 5's tracks 30 to 63), but I'm not now completely sure which songs are original compositions or rearrangements from Gaiden (since I'm not familiar with the Japanese titles), so if someone could check that out in the meantime, I would be thankful.
