Good job picking out the additional tracks for Tamura I'm also unsure about.

For 3-17 and especially 3-19 the drums (rhythm, repetition and particular sound design) are imo a give away that they are by Tamura.

Some short notes re the remaining tracks:
1-03 bongo and latter symphonic peak tell me it's a classic Sakuraba calm intro area piece. 1-18 has an orchestral build up that's typical to Sakuraba and can't imagine Tamura doing. 1-12 is a close call, very Tamura-esque, but the same strings led me to conclude it's by Sakuraba in my case. ^^
2-12 is a lovely piece, 3/4 signature tracks imo make the composer even harder to tell apart, style with those drums points to Tamura, quality otherwise more to Sakuraba. 2-23 especially the drum play is too varied for this to be by Tamura imo, sounds like a track for a Camelot game (Golden Sun or Mario Golf).
3-24 the pronounced quirky bass is something Sakuraba likes to use in his silly tracks, though he usually uses an analog synth sound for it.
