This isn't an official release and therefore not an official title. It's a fan translation. If there is no English title on the album, we typically use the Japanese title unless there is an official English title for the product. Since たいむとらぶる トンデケマン！ is the only title on the album (as far as we can see from what we have here, anyway), we would write this title as Time Travel Tondekeman! unless there is an official English title. But there are only fan translated titles, so we use the original title.
