Well, for starters, 99% of the stuff on most public torrent trackers
isn't there because it was legally uploaded.
Some legal sites like Overclocked Remix and Humble Store have their own torrent trackers, which they use to distribute their material.
I personally disagree with removing the album from the database but the author should also consider distributing his album somewhere that doesn't make all my spyware alarms go off. :P
