Anime Staff officially represents that the CD is a thing of the anime.
So. it is necessary for the CD, but could not be definitely necessary for any members of this site.

All pieces of its info are directly and indirectly related with the CD.
It could look like generally much less necessary or important than music staff and participated musicians info. But under any cases it can have more important significance (on sales and other aspects).

Personally, since I have experiences of participating in making and releasing music CDs, I'd like to put all credits thoroughly with my respect to artists and staff.
But if many regard it unnecessary, I would exclude it when editing/adding notes.
