Just to add that I've made an edit because there was no need to keep the explanation part right there (disc 1 tr. 3).
I did notice it wasn't complete and thought someone might delete it sooner or later. You can try to translate those few ones yourself and submit it as a mix of sorts. Don't forget to add all of the DVD tracks though, they mostly seem like a repeat from the CDs (title-wise, just different versions - acoustic perhaps?).
