it's the opposite, "that" Lantis was a label of sixty music network
for an unknown reason, Shunji Inoue have had to quit smn and he created Lantis (Records) Co Ltd by reusing his label
it's a bit like having a Lantis A (smn) and then Lantis A is discontinued to be replaced by a Lantis B (lantis)
