Yes, that sort of thing.
There is also Konami's tendency to credit people who worked on a specific port but not the original version's composers, but I don't believe Contra III was ever on another system, and even then Aki Hata would recognize which music she did. Perhaps she wrote some of the music for some other project which was cancelled, but someone else arranged the music for Contra III, but Aki Hata doesn't know which because she hasn't played the game or reviewed the sound test. Absurd, perhaps, but so is Contra.
