Default PCCG-00628: Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch Vocal Collection Jewel BOX 1
For some reason the "Pichi Pichi Pitch" part of the series title was missing, as well as the platform for the game represented. (There were 3 such games released but I do not know if they are represented on this album.)
