Both are correct.
If you look to the Case back you see:
➁ BGM (『CAT'S EYE』 インストゥルメンタル) 02. M-1, 03. M-2, 04. M-3, 05. M-23
I know it sounds strange but it's the tracklist.
Il you see ➃ BGM コレクション the M-23 is missing.
BTW M-25, M-36 and M-37 are missing.
