2.03 うみねこ亭のリリィ/"Lilly of the Seagull Restaurant" is what translates to me. The main noun here is Lilly, not the restaurant.
"Lilly's Seagull Restaurant" would be リリィのうみねこ亭 imo.
1.07 アレントの美少女/"Nymph in Alent" was translated officially like that in some later ost, even if it literally is "The Beautiful Girl in Alent". I'd favor the former (it was changed recently).
2.14, I can't really comment on that.
Other terms I revised some time ago use official translations, or the US names where appropriate (afaik).
