Hi guys! Can anyone explain again the reason why normal users can't link artists to albums (with "manage Artists")? Why is a hierarchy needed that there are trusted members and "normal" users?

Most other things can be done by normal users, like manage coverpictures, links, add tracklists, edit album info) and all is automatically linked and arranged perfectly on VGMdb - minus the artists linked to album ones? What is the reason behind this? How to become a trusted member?

On Discogs.com for example, you can submit anything in advance as normal user and it appears without any delay / waiting time in the database on Discogs, *then* admins and higher ranked members go through the new submitted entries and check if everything has been submitted perfectly (which sometimes takes aeons) but at least all stuff is live and up on Discogs immediately without any problems.

Thanks!
