I guess that price was taken from Synsoniq's catalogue. They have it in stock for 25.95€. The Thalion Source is selling it for 15€ at the same time.
A release price is probably unknown at this point.

edit: Actually, Synsoniq doesn't have it in stock anymore. It's funny how they doubled the price. I think 22.90DM was the release price and that website archived the flyer.
