"Final Master Sequenced" -> This seems to be a step in the mastering process called Album Sequencing, so I've added new top-level roles for that.

"下手な笛" -> I think the full role here is actually "下手な笛とプログラミング", because "・" is used as a separator for a list of roles in the other credits, not "と". My best guess for what they mean is "Programming done unskillfully with a flute", but beyond that, I think it requires more knowledge of the album's music. Could stick with "プログラミング" until sure.

So, the credit looks like this "発声指導: (リアール発声法) NAME". I added "発声指導" as speech instructor; I'd recommend adding (リアール発声法) as a suffix to the name. However, I really don't have a good understanding of this based on the liner notes images. I almost expect this to be a speaking role for an animated character. Do you have any further background for this anime?
