So first of all thanks for your help.
We found a list on resetera which already figured out the tracks as well as from which release the tracks actually are from.
Some of them were labeled as unknown. But it turned out that all of the unknown tracks are tracks from the Remake and can be found on the FF7R related OST, Jazz album etc.
But there is one exception.
And that is track 20 Rose Of May. Would be cool if we can find its release album as well.
