this site. I couldn't find a reliable source for the name] who worked on
Lilia~from Ys~ where he did the arrangement and plays bass/guitar.
And on this
single a Fumiki Ikeda did composition & arrangement.
I couldn't find any evidence that proves or rebuts that they are the same person or not.
