Note that I mentioned the
original release of Tales of Phantasia. They've since released all three in-game versions in a
box set. Again, I'm not a fan of the sound programming on Sakuraba's PS1 games, but that's a problem with the games themselves and the PS1 music in the Phantasia box set is faithful to that. I actually prefer the old non-OST release over the PS1 version, but SFC still trumps them all, which is the main reason to own the box set imo.
