An update! I've confirmed a few more tracks via email correspondence with Ms. Aoki.
She composed "Clumsy March" and "Island" (and possibly all of its subsequent arrangements, I didn't confirm this however). Ms. Kaida composed "Can't you see clearly now?"
Ms. Aoki also had this to say:

Also, sadly, she confirmed that there are no current plans for an OST of Earth Seeker. ;.;
