I'm not sure either, but my guess would be True Dragon -1st Encount-, given how on past Etrian Odyssey soundtracks, he's arranged music that Yuzo Koshiro had composed previously and the arrangement itself doesn't sound much like Koshiro's other music for the game (nor very much like the original rendition from 7th Dragon, etc.)
