SECL-412: Catch a Wave Original Sound Track
DEPAPEPE have just made a handful of anime songs, so I don't really think this should be added in the database.
The few tracks arranged by Sawano are not really a reason enough since he's already "borderline", and this is not even a soundtrack by him.
I've disabled it for now unless there's a reason I'm missing for adding this.
