Back scan of vinyl seems to give 岩室後子 as lyricist. Some sites give this 岩室後子 others 岩室先子/Sakiko Iwamuro.
According to anison there's only one entry for 岩室後子, while Sakiko Iwamuro was known to work with Kenji Yamamoto for example in DBZ works. Could this 岩室後子 be a variation of 岩室先子/Sakiko Iwamuro?
