OVERLAP RECORD stem is OVLC. TMS MUSIC stem is TMS.

It seems TMS is the publisher, OVERLAP RECORD is the distributor. As you can see here:

Edit: I put them both on the Tokyo Movie Record label for now. It isn't clear whether TMS has switched to the new name.
