I used the 33 print US tracklist for reference. The 32 track Milan one is missing the one Yoshikazu Mera vocal if I recall.
http://vgmdb.net/album/19762 It's "end credit" on that one but I just camel cased it to not be weird.

I mean, I'll leave it here because it's the iTunes version but just in general I prefer not to do that if I'm doing actual translations.
