I have a problem and not sure how to solve it

I noticed with saga anniversary that there is a logo I don't think I ever noticed before
this logo is SQUARE ENIX MUSIC

intrigued by this logo, I started by searching traces of it on recent releases
and apparently this logo appears on several releases around june 2014 or before

so what's my problem?
it's simple, I think that SEM logo is a label created by square enix for their recent music releases
if I think that it's because some releases have that "Produced by SEM" that is generally proof of music label (when it looks like a label name)

my problem being
-- whether that label must be created as an "imprint" of square enix
-- or as a "successor" of square enix (knowing that SE is mainly used as label whereas it's the company name that appears --I've already spoken about the fact that a company shouldn't be used as label i.e. company name showed in "publisher" pages but label used in album pages)

if it's used as "imprint", that could give something ugly in album pages "Square Enix Music (imprint) / Square Enix (publisher)"
but I guess just SEM would be enough tho

personally, I'd choose the "imprint" solution (since I have no proof that SEM really succeeded the current square enix label)
since I'm too lazy for changing the current square enix publisher page into 2 distinct pages (company+"label used for SQEX releases") ;p
