From Yamaguchi prefecture, joined Cave in 2003, "sound creator" for Pink Sweets, Muchi Muchi Pork, Shin Megami Tensei Online IMAGINE(!), and others. I don't believe Kizakura's ever revealed any biographical information in liner notes or whatnot for comparison.
EDIT: Oh I guess right above that bio, it does specifically say he was a composer for PS and MMP.
