whatkind, about the display, if you're going with the shop price, tax should be included. As for doujin circles themselves, some will put the shop price with tax on the album pages, some will put without tax (while they may or may not emphasize tax inclusion/absence), some won't mention the shop price at all and in rare cases, some won't put any price.
For your own entries, I think it's fine to choose one price for the display and stick with it. Nobody's going to revise few thousand doujin entries in an attempt to "fix" this.
