I find a scan (
RVL-SVMP-EUR) that is seemingly from the European release, so there might be ones for U.S and Australia as well.
Interesting to know more Nintendo's CD releases than I thought actually have catalog numbers, though some of them are apparently on the inner ring of the back of a disc, which is rarely scanned.
