She is not credited on the CD itself (at least not on the scans) BTW, only on the game's site. From looking at
this page (could be NSFW) I'd say 相良心 is not necessarily her real name but probably an alias.
Oh yeah, on the blog she mentions that 556t is read こころとん (kokoroton), so it's basically a shorthand for (相良)心?
