I think I finally figured that little thing out -- as best as I can tell, it's a collection of Super Mario RPG remixes done by one of the old VGMix folks. I don't think he released it as a set, but that someone else put it together and distributed it as a set. I tracked the guy down and swapped e-mails a few months back... if you want, I can double check to make sure I'm not nuts.
