The singer is most definitely "Robin" (i.e. Kanno herself), but no, she chose not to officially credit herself anywhere for it. She's done this a couple times elsewhere - the tracks Fe and Give and Take from the Bebop CD Box and Some Other Time on GITS come to mind, might be a few others.
