Just out of curiosity, where exactly is the respective Ko (こ) on either of page 08 and page 04 (Cedille linked to this scan in the revert message to Vanquish)? All I see is the Kanji 娘, and according to
http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%E5%A8%98 "Ko" isn't a reading of the Kanji.
