OnoP let me know on Twitter that “Kan-getsu” (寒月) was originally a Shakuhachi solo composed by Tozan Nakao (which is the pronunciation for 都山流, as written in the blog entry). Also, Takumaru’s piano performance was improvised live that night. I’ll add Tozan Nakao to the composer field.
