Your example seems to be talking about song publishing, which Japanese releases tend to not care about mentioning at all.

However, there is an actual concept of release publisher that you've omitted, that is always talked about on Japanese releases (発売元). It's often the same as the manufacturer, but not always:

And really, there are many Japanese releases that won't even mention manufacturer, possibly because of 発売元 (but as I mentioned, it is not actually unusual to find that 発売元 is not the same concept as manufacturer.)
