I added some more images for this one: booklet (front and back), Obi, tray, disc (large), back (large), case front. I added the two pages from the booklet that had composer and album credits (pages 1 and 10) so we now have that information.
It appears that this came shipped with the back/tray insert folded and stuck in the booklet in order to display the picture disc from the clear jewel case. But it can obviously be reinserted manually by opening the case.
