• Removed public ratings from album pages by default. (Issue #245)
  Added a new "Show Ratings on Album Pages" option to show ratings from everyone, or to hide the feature completely.
  Also removed the "Most Popular Albums", "Least Popular Albums", "Most Frequently Rated Albums" and "Album Ratings" statistics pages. Renamed "Most Viewed Albums" to "Most Popular Albums" to be consistent with artists and organizations.
