Two things:
1). There doesn't appear to be an official title for this disc (
it's a CD-R without a case or anything), so I just crammed the 四国限定版 シングルCD description onto it.
2). MUON KAGURA also sold this at Touhou Practice SP ⑨ in September:

The details for track 2 are slightly different: on the page for this (August) version, it has the subtitle of "Shikoku Special ver" (～四国Special ver) and the chorus group of うどんかぐらふぁみり～ credited, whereas on the September version and final album it's lacking that subtitle and chorus credit. I have no idea if the version of the song on this disc is in fact different from the later two; if so, the September preview disc should probably get an entry too. The crossfade demos for both are the same, at least.
