I also checked the staff list from that Space Invaders PSP game. Nagao provided Additional Game Design, contributed to the Sound Design (he's grouped with other guys). It doesn't mention who did the music or sound, or whatever, so it's probably a safe bet that he contributed some music for the game as well.
He wrote (maybe composed?) the ending theme for the game that's called "Tears on the Planet", which is performed by Jena.
So now we know that Nagao can write songs for artists as evident by this game's end credits.
