I believe that's cobbled together from multiple sources.
Graeme Norgate lists those two pieces on
his website.
Music 4 Games had an interview with Dave Clynick where he listed his compositions: cutscenes, Crash Site and Attack Ship stages, and the multiplayer themes.
Everything else I think was chucked in the Grant Kirkhope column. Clynick does mention in that same interview that Kirkhope did most of the music. Kirkhope's talked about the music in at least one interview (
this Tepid Seat interview with the Rare sound team where he talks about how memory restrictions affected how he composed the credits theme), but I don't think he's ever fully confirmed all the music he wrote for the game.
