I'm really going out on a limb with this one, but the 水津奈々絵 on this album is an amazingly obscure person (although
Sega's press release has a picture!).

The Seiichiro Matsumura here is the same as the
Seiichiro Matsumura who worked for Sega for seven years. He's done some sound work for interactive art and installations like this, and he lists the project in his CV:

So since there's a Sega connection with Matsumura, maybe Nanae Suizu = 水津奈々絵. Again, major, major stretch. For starters, Matsumura had left Sega in 2001. But MAYBE

Nanae Kenda too.
