Oh ok ! I was just meaning that the credits weren't always "ARRANGER & COMPOSER".
But I agree, the three of them arranged some of Kondo's tunes (Hamano : 3.03, Ishikawa : 3.08-09, 4.24 & 4.36, Totaka : 4.29-30 & 4.34) so they should be credited as arrangers.
Also, does somebody what is the original song composed by Soyo Oka that was arranged by Totaka for 3.27 & 3.38 ? I guess that's a SimCity (SNES) song but I never listened to this soundtrack.
