Unicode is stupid.
* https://www.google.com/search?q=site...%C3%8B%D0%AFRA has 6 results.
* https://www.google.com/search?q=site...%D0%81%D0%AFRA has 636 results.
Currently, the VGMdb primary name is "TËЯRA" (U+00CB), the less common typing of the name. Should it be switched to "TЁЯRA" (U+0401)?
