Only game music songs I know of that some really weird ringing sounds are
Dilly Hilly Valley [Seal Online] and
IDOLA "The Fanatic Viper" (around 0:30) [Phantasy Star Online IV]. Obviously done for effect. On the contrary, I've not had any problems with any of the IBARA music.
