The 礻 radical is a simplified version of 示, so most (all?) characters with 礻 on the left side have a variant with 示 instead (the Unicode code point of the character in question is U+FA1A). Because of Han unification, lots of computer systems will automatically convert the 示 form to the 礻 form, so it can be hard/impossible to input and save those characters. Which really sucks when a person's name uses the 示 form! Since Unicode is used globally this isn't just a problem for us, you'll see 礻 conversions (and others, these aren't the only characters affected by Han unification) sometimes in Japanese sites and print as well.

So in this case I think the 示 form could be correct for this person, I checked a few EDs of shows they worked on and saw both forms.
